PulseNET, Inc., Washington County's first Internet Service Provider, is pleased to announce that we will be upgrading our network to better serve our customers. Please note that this change will only affect PulseNET residential dialup customers.

After careful consideration, PulseNET has decided to partner with Pennswoods.net, a local Internet Service Provider, to provide upgraded technical support and billing services. They have a no-wait technical support service department that is open 365 days a year!

Although we will be making significant changes, we are doing so without the need to modify your user settings. Our overall service will include the following upgrades:

At no additional cost, U1 or U1E customer plans will include UNLIMITED Internet access and Postini SPAM and Virus Blocking.

All other residential customer plans will include UNLIMITED Internet access, ACCELERATED Internet service that is 5x faster then normal dialup service, Postini SPAM and Virus Blocking and a pornography blocker that can be turned on/off by the account holder (Parent).

PulseNET billing issues can now be reached at 1-877-716-2002 option “0” or email at mailto: payments@pennswoods.net .

For those of you that pay via credit card, PulseNET will no longer appear on your credit card statements. Since Pennswoods.net will be handling PulseNET's billing, all new charges to your credit cards will be shown as Pennswoods.net .
