Sorry for the long winded update but there a lot of information to
communicate.
Access to the @pulsenet.com email has been obtained by PulseNET. There were 2 reasons for the
interruption: First, the Legacy
Google email account that was supplying @pulsenet.com with email has ended
and the only options are paid plans.
Second, PulseNET sold the @pulsenet.com email addresses in 2006 to Pennswoods and Pennswoods
stopped their email service on or about May 8th 2015. Management/administration to the account was
stopped and forgotten.
In an effort to help @pulsenet.com users, PulseNET has applied and been
granted Admin access to the Google account for @pulsenet.com. On the Google platform, our only option
was to migrate to a paid plan.
In order to reactivate your account, you must be setup in our billing
system with credit card payment and primary and recovery email addresses in
our system. The Monthly price will
be $9.95 per email address. A bill
will be set to your @pulsenet.com AND Recovery email address with a link
for payment. The $9.95 is a calendar
month payment and will not be prorated.
Future payments will be charged the 1st of every month. Once paid, your account will be
reactivated. In most cases,
reactivation will be immediately, however, it may take up to 2 hours.
Please note that Cancellations MUST be received in WRITING 10 DAYS BEFORE the end of the month, no
exceptions. Cancellation can be done
via USPS to the address below or via email to billing@pulsenet.net. We recommend
that you either use the Delivery Conformation or CC your email to another
one of your accounts for Proof of Delivery.
Cancellations MUST contain the following information (Copy and paste
from below):

address:
I acknowledge that 20 days after my
cancellation, my @pulsenet.com information (emails, address book, other
google stored information), will be permentaly deleted and NOT retrievable.

If you have left a voice
mail after calling 724-225-5200 please be aware that we are having
difficulty retrieving those voice mails so you may need to call until you
speak to a person.
Finally, 2 FAQs.
If your @pulsenet.com user account has been access in the past year,
your account is in a suspended state until payment is made.
If your @pulsenet.com user account has NOT been accessed for more than 1
Year, your account has been soft purged from the Google system. If you wish to retrieve and reactivate
your account, YOU MUST contact PulseNET (and speak to a person) by Aug 30,
2022, by 5 pm. Otherwise ALL account
information (emails, address book, etc.) will be lost and NOT retrievable.
In either case above, PulseNET will be held harmless if your information
CANNOT be fully restored from the Google system. Additionally, PulseNET
Inc. does NOT assume or accept any responsibility for the email
interruption and/or potentially lost emails and PulseNET Inc will be held harmless by @pulsenet.com users.

All @pulsenet.com email address were sold to another ISP (Pennswoods) in 2006.
PulseNET is doing all they can to help resolve this situation and have
spoken to over a dozen affected customers.
